These media houses include?Aamir Khan Productions, BIG Animation, Dharma Productions, Dreamworks, Excel Entertainment, Fox Star Studios India, Mukta Arts Ltd., Percept Picture Company, Red Chillies Entertainment, Reliance Mediaworks, Rhythm & Hues, Star TV, Walkwater Film, UTV Motion Pictures, Yashraj Films and several more.
WWI students have worked in popular films like Gangs of Wasseypur 1 & 2, No One Killed Jessica, Ra One, Shanghai, Aarakshan, Agneepath, Ferrari ki Sawari, Chillar Party, Yuvvraaj, Dum Maro Dum, Mausam, Peepli Live, Desi Boyz, Don 2, Rowdy Rathore, Saawariya and many more.
Karan Butani an alumnus of Direction from WWI, has worked with Tigmanshu Dhulia as Chief Assistant Director on Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster and Paan Singh Tomar. He is now set to direct his own feature film debut under the Tigmanshu Dhulia banner featuring South star, Sriya Saran opposite Jimmy Shergill. An upcoming Prakash Jha production - Chakravyuh also has five WWI alumni in its cast and crew as Actors and Asst. Directors. The upcoming Karan Johar flick Student of the year has four WWI acting alumni in its cast. Murli, a Cinematography graduate, has worked on films like Mission Impossible 4 and Life of Pi. Abhishek Jain and Aditya Sam Abraham have also made it big with their debut direction in regional films ?Kevi Rite Jaish? (Gujarati) and ?24 hours? (Malayalam) respectively.
